We got an update from the Threads team saying they've escalated it internally and we should hopefully have a resolution today by the end of the US working day.

There is currently a Threads error affecting all vendors authenticating Threads accounts, including Schedul.
The Threads API team is aware and investigating, however they have not published further updates so far.
